Terms of use
Pixie is licensed to you under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. These notes explain how Pixie Pro works. If they ever disagree with Apple’s agreement, Apple’s agreement wins.
Pixie Pro
- Pixie is free to download. Locking apps needs Pixie Pro.
- Pixie Pro comes as Yearly (with a 7-day free trial), Monthly, or Lifetime (a one-time purchase). Prices are shown in the app and on the App Store before you buy, and vary by country.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the next period within the 24 hours before it starts.
- Pixie reminds you 2 days before your free trial ends. If you cancel during the trial, you aren’t charged.
- Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings: Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Restore a purchase anytime with Restore purchase in Pixie, using the same Apple Account.
- Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Using Pixie
- Pixie helps you limit your own app use with Apple’s Screen Time. You can turn it off at any time in Settings, then Screen Time.
- Exercise quests are light activity. Only do what is comfortable and safe for you, and stop if anything hurts.
